She gets a great deal of satisfaction by impacting the quality of people’s lives through the touch of massage and bodywork.

Ke’ala aspires to reach out to young athletes and teach them about taking better care of their bodies. Ultimately, she would love to become a bodyworker for the Summer Olympics. Christopher Ferrell

As a 2007 graduate from Alaska Career College, Christopher has been on a mission to help locate and relieve patients’ pain and discomfort, and increase their mobility through massage. He has enjoyed giving massages since he was 8 years old, with family and friends alike. He seems to have found his calling!

Christopher lived in Tacoma, WA until he was 12, and then moved to Alaska with his family. Prior to becoming a certified massage therapist, Christopher did environmental/geotechnical drilling and hazardous waste work. He plans to further expand his massage training with more craniosacral and myofascial education, and perhaps go to school to become a rolfer.

Jo-jo originally wanted to go to become a physical therapist.  Her husband was deployed at the time, so while he was away she decided to learn massage to become familiar with the muscle groups, etc.  However, once she started massage school, she found it very rewarding and decided to make a career out of it.  She would still like to become certified in geriatric massage in an effort to give back more to the community.
